** Students are requested to submit a certificate of enrollment or certificate of employment upon registration. The certificate must have been issued within three months of your registration date.

Symposium Participation and Registration Fee

All Conference Participants and Accompanying Persons have to Register for the 30th IERASG Symposium on Our Website, Which will be Coming Soon.
The Full Registration Fee Includes the Participation in all Scientific Sessions Including Coffee Breaks, Lunch, and Participation in the Following Social Events:

  • Sep. 5(Sun.) : Welcome Reception
  • Sep. 7(Tue.) : Excursion
  • Sep. 8(Wed.) : Gala Dinner

Payment Methods

Credit Card

  • Registration fees may be paid by credit card, only through the secure online registration system at https://ierasg27.com/.
    * Only VISA, MasterCard and JCB are accepted.
  • Registration confirmation will be sent to you via email right after the completion of online registration.

Bank Transfer

  • A copy of the bank transfer statement with the participant’s name, address and payment details on it, should be sent to the secretariat by e-mail at info@ierasg27.com
  • Your registration is only complete with the full payment of registration fees. Upon receipt of your full payment, a confirmation letter will be sent to you within three weeks.
  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
  • Checks are not accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT +9).
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@ierasg27.com by August 13, 2027.
  • All refunds will be made within 2 months after the completion of IERASG 2027 according to the following policy.
    * Cancellations on and from August 14, 2027: NO REFUND will be made for cancellations received on or after this date.
  • If you do not attend the symposium without a written notice of cancellation, no refund will be made.
  • All bank service charges are to be paid by registrants.
